7-Day Refund Window

If Alchemy Live Flow does not work as described or you subscribed by mistake, email info@tryalchemyapp.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and a short note about the issue.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Founder Access Subscriptions

Alchemy Founder Access is currently a $20/month early-access subscription. You can cancel future renewals through Stripe billing tools or by contacting support. Refund requests are reviewed under the 7-day window above.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of fraud, abuse, account sharing, violation of the Terms of Service, or requests made after the refund window has passed.
