7-Day Refund Window

If Alchemy Live Flow does not work as described or you purchased by mistake, email support@alchemyapp.ai within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and a short note about the issue.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewal. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund prior payments unless the purchase qualifies under this refund policy.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of fraud, abuse, account sharing, violation of the Terms of Service, or requests made after the refund window has passed.
